We’re Philly area natives and Phoenixville transplants who moved here for the church and the community. We had a strong desire to settle down, and plant deep roots in a vibrant town where we could raise up the next generation. What better way than to open shop?

 

Starting a bagel bakery and coffee shop is an adventure — one we hope our neighbors will join us in. Our dream is for Street Cart Bagels to become a local staple for everyone: lifelong residents, new arrivals, and visitors alike.

Born and bread in the surrounding tri-county area, we bring over 20 years of experience in both the food world and the arts to our table. With our powers combined, we’re here to serve up the best there is, the classic NYC-style bagel — chewy, flavorful, and just a little crisp on the outside — crafted with quality ingredients and slow fermentation at its core.

Look out for our full catering menu, daily breakfast and lunch sandwiches, house-made schmears, a few sweet treats, and game-day pretzels for the local Philadelphia fan faire. And of course, coffee — a full espresso and coffee program built to rival any shop in the area.
